We are reviewing applications the week of June 27th and will begin contacting people the week of July 4th.

BMR Informational Sales Page
The process for submitting an application for our one BMR is as follows:
1. Download and review the Inclusionary Housing Covenant and City Deed of Trust documents linked on this page. These documents contain important restrictions regarding the ownership, use and future sale of the BMR Unit. City Deed of Trust and Inclusionary Housing Covenant
2. Complete the Lottery Application form in attached link. Must include full name and numbers of people in your household. Lottery Application Form
3. Submit Pre-Approval Letter from your lender. Must be fully pre-approved, not just pre-qualified.
4. Submit a copy of your proof of funds for down payment and closing costs.
5. Return complete Application and supporting documents in one file by email to kainsalbanybmr@gmail.com or by mail to 634 Kains LLC, c/o Liana Dickson, 388 Colusa Avenue, Kensington, CA 94707.
5. Applications and supporting documentation must be received by 5:00pm on Friday, June 24, 2022 to be included in the Lottery.
6. Lottery for selecting Applicants will take place the week of June 27th, 2022. If selected, you will be required to provide more detailed documentation to confirm eligibility.
7. Please note - NO personal letters.
